A few important things to note:

This form is a request, not an order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfill your request. We will respond within 48 hours to let you know if we have availability to complete your order.

All of our custom cakes require a minimum of two weeks notice. If your event date is within two weeks, please take a look at our selection of artist-designed cakes that can be ordered with less than two weeks notice.

Custom cake pricing starts at $350. Final pricing will depend on the size of the cake and complexity of the design.

We do not duplicate designs created by other bakeries and cake artists. We will incorporate your inspiration into our design and provide you with a sketch for approval.

All custom cakes require a sketch of your design by our cake artist. We allow for one revision of your design. Additional revisions will incur a design fee.

Once the design is approved and details finalized, we’ll send you an order confirmation and invoice. Payment is due at least a week before your pickup or delivery date. If payment is not received a week before your date, we will not commence work on your cake and your order may be cancelled.

Upon pickup, we present the cake for inspection of the color, design and writing. If you have someone else pick up your cake it is their responsibility to review the cake for approval.

Once the cake has been accepted and removed from the premises, refund requests for color, design or writing will not be accepted.
