Bittersweet's iconic cake for almost 40 years, the Almond Strawberry Brulée is sophisticated, indulgent and distinctive.

Featuring layers of from-scratch almond cake layered with vanilla bean crème brûlée custard and strawberry preserves, finished with vanilla buttercream.
